§ 10-76. Purpose.

These nuisance regulations are established to provide definitions, a comprehensive method for identification of certain public nuisances within the City of Hurst, to encourage compliance where a public nuisance exists, and to establish the authority to abate and recover cost of abatement when the responsible party fails to comply.
