§ 12-135. Responsibility of permittee.

A permittee under this article shall not allow any of the following activities within the permitted premises:
(1)

The sale, purchase, possession or consumption of any alcoholic beverage, as the same is defined by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, unless the premises are licensed under the provisions of that code and the ordinances of the city for the sale, purchase, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages;

(2)

The operation of a coin-operated machine by any student of a public or private elementary or secondary school during school hours on days in which schools in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford or Birdville independent school districts are in regular session.
