§ 12-197. Violations.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to operate an alarm system during the period in which an alarm permit is under revocation. Each day of such operation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an alarm system without a permit. Each day of such operation shall constitute a separate offense.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an alarm system in violation of any provision of this article. Each day of such operation shall constitute a separate offense.

(d)

Any person found guilty of violating this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00).
