The chief of police shall cause a "vehicle pull card" to be prepared which shall be
used unless the owner selects a wrecker company to be used. Such card shall show date,
time, location and identification of the vehicle, wrecker company towing the vehicle
and an inventory of vehicle contents.
If the owner selects a wrecker company, his choice shall be indicated on the accident
report, if any.
