§ 13-13. Completion of defensive driving course; administrative fee when case dismissed.

If any case is dismissed because of actions by or on behalf of the defendant which were subsequent to the date of the alleged offense, such as the completion by the defendant of a defensive driving course, an administrative fee no more than ten dollars ($10.00) shall be collected from such defendant as a condition of such dismissal. Said sum shall be paid into the general funds of the city.
