§ 13-16. Collection fee.

The collection of an additional thirty (30) percent collection is hereby authorized on each debt or account receivable such as fees, fines, restitution, and other debts or costs, not including forfeited bonds, that are more than sixty (60) days past due and that have been referred to a private vendor or collection agency pursuant to Article 103.0031 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
