§ 14-1. Ambulances prohibited at accident scene unless solicited.

It shall be unlawful for any ambulance to come about the scene of any automobile collision, fire or any other type of disaster or emergency unless the services of such emergency equipment have been called or solicited by a person involved in the collision, fire or other emergency or disaster, or unless the services of such emergency equipment have been solicited or called by the police department or fire department of the city.
