§ 14-34. Limitations on time during which construction, demolition or excavation activities can take place.

The construction, excavation, erection, demolition, alteration or repair work on any buildings, other than between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST and between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. DST, Monday through Saturday, excepting a case of urgent public necessity, is hereby prohibited.
