§ 15-6. Trespassing in bodies of water on public or park property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to swim, wade or otherwise enter in or upon any pool, tank, lake, creek or other body of water, other than a swimming pool, located either upon city park property or drainage or utility easements within the city except for purposes of maintenance, servicing or delivery.
