§ 15-21. Created; membership.

There is hereby created a board of parks and recreation which shall be composed of seven (7) members, who shall be residents of the city, to be appointed by the city council. Each member of the board shall serve for a period of two (2) years and until his successor is fully appointed and fully qualified.
