§ 20-3. Adoption of design and construction standards; compliance.

(a)

The terms and provisions of Exhibit "A," city specifications for the design and construction of streets, attached to original Ordinance No. 595, made a part hereof by reference and on file in the office of the city secretary, are hereby approved and adopted as the street, sidewalk, curb and gutter design and construction standards of the city.

(b)

The terms and provisions of Exhibit "B," city specifications for the design and construction of storm sewers, attached to original Ordinance No. 595, made a part hereof by reference and on file in the office of the city secretary, are hereby approved and adopted as the storm sewer design and construction standards of the city.

(c)

All design and construction covered by the terms of the standards adopted in this section shall conform to such standards.
