§ 20-6. Permit fees.

The fee for permits under section 20-5 shall be five dollars ($5.00). The city manager and his designees are hereby delegated the authority to make such determinations as are authorized in the barricade manual, as well as the authority to deny permission to any person to use any public way for any purpose other than transportation of persons and goods.
