§ 21-10. Variations, modifications of general requirements.

  • Variations and modifications of the general requirements outlined in this chapter may be made by the city council when, in its judgment, special or peculiar factors and conditions warrant such variations and do not affect the general application, the spirit of the rules and regulations or the other plans for the city. The city council shall be the judge in all cases regarding the application of the foregoing rules and regulations. Advice and cooperation is offered and will always be freely given by officers of the planning and zoning commission and the city council as well as the city staff.
