§ 21-2. Definitions.

The words and phrases as used in this chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in the definitions of the comprehensive zoning ordinance or, if such terms are not therein defined, in the building code of the city, the ordinance regulating standards for streets and storm sewers as currently adopted by the city, or the chapter of this Code regulating water and sanitary sewers.
