The operator shall furnish the city secretary at the time of the original application
or as new vehicles are purchased or rented, the following information on such motor
vehicles: Number of vehicles in operation at the time of the application or acquisition
of any new motor vehicle, model, size, year, make, design, color scheme, motor identification
number, and the state license registration number of each vehicle, and passenger capacity.
The operator shall further furnish the city secretary with a statement that the motor
vehicle is currently licensed and inspected by the State of Texas and its agencies,
that it is satisfactory and in safe mechanical condition, that it has the proper color
scheme, and that it is properly identified and marked.
