§ 24-70. Soil deposition.

No vehicle shall be driven from unpaved private property, such as a construction site, onto any paved public street if such vehicle tracks, drops or otherwise deposits mud or dirt on the street. During any construction activity all disturbed areas shall be protected in a manner to prevent the migration of soil until a complete vegetative cover has been reestablished.
