§ 25-1. Definitions.

  • For the purposes of this chapter, certain terms and words are defined as follows:

    Dependent trailer coach shall mean a trailer coach which does not have a flush toilet and a bath or shower.

    Independent trailer coach shall mean a trailer coach which has a flush toilet and a bath or shower.

    Natural artificial barrier shall mean any river, pond, canal, railroad, levee, embankment, fence or hedge.

    Park shall mean a trailer coach park.

    Trailer coach shall mean any vehicle or similar portable structure having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, block or skirtings, and so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes. Provided, however, that for purposes of determining the minimum space specified in section 25-3 the term shall include any portable, prefabricated or temporary room (commonly called "cabana") that is attached to such trailer coach.

    Trailer coach park shall mean any plot of ground upon which two (2) or more trailer coaches, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such accommodation.

    Trailer coach space shall mean a plot of ground within a trailer coach park designed for the accommodation of one (1) trailer coach.
