§ 26-61. Rates for sewage service only; water rates outside city.

Water service outside city. The monthly rate to be charged by the water and sewer department for water furnished to customers residing outside the city limits in a municipality with which the city has contracted for the purchase of water shall be the same rates as are charged to customers inside the city limits, as shown in this division.
