§ 2-51. Waiver of notice.

Neither the mayor, the city attorney, the city manager, the city secretary, nor any other officer, agent or employee of the City of Hurst shall have authority to waive any of the provisions of section 10.09 of the city charter, but the same may be waived only by a resolution of the city council made and passed before the expiration of the period required for submission of notice of claims.
