§ 3-14. Refunds of permit fees.

No refund of a permit fee paid the city under the terms of this chapter shall be made for any reason except when the permittee or licensee is prevented from continuing in business by the result of a local option election or an amendment of the zoning regulations of the city concerning the property on which the place of business is situated.
