§ 4-86. Destruction of certain animals.

Any animal impounded or found at large within the city may be destroyed by animal services officers upon determination that such animal has been injured or is sick and in such a state that its recovery is seriously in doubt or that such animal is sick and endangers the health of other animals or persons.
