§ 5-405. Delivery of notices.

Any written notice that the police chief is required to give to a multi-family dwelling community under this article is deemed to be delivered:
(1)

On the date the notice is hand delivered to the owner or manager of the multi-family dwelling; or

(2)

Three (3) days after the date of notice is placed in the United States mail with proper postage and properly addressed to the owner or manager of the multi-family dwelling at the address provided for in the most recent multi-family dwelling community license application.
