§ 6-13. Access to records and reports.

  • The city shall have access at all reasonable hours to all of the operator's plans, contracts, engineering, accounting, financial, statistical, customer and service records relating to the property and operations of the operator and to all other records required to be kept thereunder. The following records and reports shall be filed with the city secretary and in the local office of the operator:

    (1)

    Company rules and regulations;

    (2)

    A quarterly statement report showing gross revenues received by the operator during the preceding quarter and such other information as the city shall request with respect to properties and expenses related to the operator's service;

    (3)

    A continuously current file and plan indicating the location of all CATV installations.
