§ 6-19. Refunds.

  • Any operator with a franchise from the city shall not be obligated to make any refund for service outages unless such outage continues for a period of more than ten (10) days after receipt of written notice from the customer, with a copy to the city manager. Should such outage continue beyond ten (10) days, customer shall receive a proportionate refund.
