§ 20-1. Definitions.

(a)

Except as otherwise defined by subsection (b) of this section, the words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the definitions contained within any of the following: Chapter 27 of this Code (zoning ordinance); the building code of the city; or Exhibits A and B, section 20-3.

(b)

As used in this chapter, "private street" shall mean nonpublic primary vehicular accessway to two (2) or more individually owned residences designated on a plat as a private street.
