§ 20-5. Barricade manual adopted.

Street use permits and approval thereof shall be granted as set forth in the City of Hurst barricade manual attached to Ordinance No. 552, hereby adopted and on file in the office of the city secretary and the public works department, and no person shall conduct any operations within any public street or right-of-way except in compliance with the provisions thereof and the conditions set forth in any permit.
