§ 20-9. Exceptions for access to parking areas.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, single-family residences on lots platted prior to August 1, 1975, without practical access to all parking areas behind the building line from a street other than an arterial or primary collector, shall be permitted an additional curb cut onto such streets.
